Responsibilities :

- Ensure consistent delivery of excellent quality services to customers and clients.

- Process transactions accurately and respond to customers or clients requests efficiently.

- Ensure organization's service level are achieved through immediate resolution of product and service inquiry or complaints.

Requirements :

- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Management, Banking or any other related field.

-Excellent communication skills in English

-Independent, self-confident and highly motivated.

-Must be able to work on a rotating shift,

-Training will be provided.

-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
