A female friend of bankrupt auto dealer Denny Hecker has been asked to turn over documents, cash and gifts received from Hecker since January.In a lawsuit filed Wednesday by the federal bankruptcy trustee handling Denny Hecker's personal bankruptcy, Christi Rowan was asked to turn over a $60,000 fur coat and $58,900 in check payments given to her by Hecker.

Bankruptcy Trustee Randy Seaver said the gifts are the property of the estate which is being liquidated.

Seaver referred to the gifts as a "fraudulent transfer."The lawsuit also seeks to bar Rowan from disposing of, transferring or destroying any Hecker property or information that she may have.

It also asks Rowan to pay the trustee rent on the Hecker-owned home in Medina in which she is living.Rowan, 35, denied the accusations Wednesday in an interview with the St.

Paul Pioneer Press.Hecker filed for bankruptcy on June 4 after his lender Chrysler Financial sued him for $550 million in January.

In April, a judge ruled Hecker owed the lender $477 million from loans Hecker had personally guaranteed.The suit Wednesday is the latest in several move by Seaver to recover Hecker assets.

Last week, the trustee accused Hecker of failing to turn over jewelry.

Hecker later turned over the items.

Also on Tuesday, Hecker was ordered to provide copies of credit card charges he made since the start of 2007 and information about six Harley-Davidson motorcycles he or his business purchased.
