Fans' favourite Brian Belo was tonight crowned king of the Big Brother house - winning the eighth series of the C4 reality show.
Brian, a 20-year-old data clerk from Essex, beat hotly tipped twins Amanda and Sam Marchant for the big £100,000 BB prize.
The bubbly blonde twins from Newcastle under Lyme were 1-6 favourites to win - but Brian charmed the public with his unassuming style.
He left the BB house in tears to enormous applause, screaming and hollering to his family, friends and fans.Advertisement //http://ad.doubleclick.net/click;h=v8/35d0/0/0/%2a/w;44306;0-0;0;16734057;4307-300/250;0/0/0;;%7Esscs=%3f
Brian blubbed: "It's the best day of my life, I love this show. I don't know how I've done this."
Hostess Davina McCall replied: "I do. You're lovely."
Davina proceeded to play Cupid - stoking the friendly relationship Brian enjoyed in the house with Amanda, who confessed she found Brian lovely. The couple kissed in the house, but Amanda said the relationship could go no further while they were in front of the cameras.
Asked by Davina what was the first thing he was looking forward to now that he was out, Brian replied: "Going to buy a bottle of cider."
